Prospective Vendors should register ASAP online or use printed application (both links at bottom of this page)
Deadline for application and payment is the third Monday in April. Vendor space is assigned by the festival vendor coordinators
- Spaces will be confirmed and assigned, based upon the order in which completed applications and payments are received
- Each vendor must show an official vendor pass upon request
- Fees:
- Arts, crafts, clothing, jewelry and etc. - $75.00
- Food - $100.00
- Electrical hook-up - $25
- Vendors will be provided a designated 10’x10’ area
- No commission will be charged
- Generators not allowed
- No sub-leasing
- Set-up begins at 6:00 am on the day of the Festival, and Vendor Coordinator/s ONLY will assign the spaces. All exhibits should be in place by 8:30 am and should not be dismantled before 5:00 pm, one hour prior to the 6:00 pm closing
- Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and space covers or canopies
- The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages Is Prohibited
- No sale of bottled water, except for (Carver Festival Water) will be permitted
