Deadline for application and/or payment: April 21,2023. Vendor space is assigned by the festival vendor coordinators
- Spaces will be confirmed and assigned, based upon the order in which complete applications are received
- Each vendor must show an official vendor pass upon request
- Fees:
- Arts, crafts, clothing, jewelry and etc. - $75.00
- Food - $100.00
- Electrical hook-up - $25
- Vendors will be provided a designated 10’x10’ area
- No commission will be charged
- Generators not allowed
- No sub-leasing
- Set-up begins at 6:00 am on the day of the Festival, and Vendor Coordinator/s ONLY will assign the spaces. All exhibits should be in place by 8:30 am and should not be dismantled before 5:00 pm, one hour prior to the 6:00 pm closing
- Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and space covers or canopies
- The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages Is Prohibited
- No sale of bottled water, except for (Carver Festival Water) will be permitted
